Main focus
Purchase, sale and rental in the residential areas of Prague 2,5 and 6. Due to experience from the banking sector she is able to deliver organisationally complicated transactions including safe assurance of legal aspects.
Inspiration and media experience
- Tereza is interested in developed real estate markets. In July 2011 she was chosen by American HGTV as the only Czech broker for their programme Real Estate International! In this programme she guides people through Prague, she evaluates the market and parameters of certain properties. This programme was broadcasted in October 2012 in 90 million American households: Living Abroad. A year later Tereza appeared in another HG TV show, LIVE HERE, BUY THIS (you can see just 7min video).
Professional experience
- Between 2009 and 2010 Tereza worked for the real estate agency Century 21.
- Between 2003-2008 Tereza worked in the banking sector, in which she went through marketing, sales and project management. In recent years she cooperated with brokers and real estate agencies on finding solutions for financing property purchases and she assisted with outlining conditions for mortgage approvals.
- Tereza studied at the bilingual French Grammar School in Písek. She studied for one year in the USA, graduated with a masters degree at the University of Economics in Prague – international trade and commercial law.
